07/03/2007 - Update

It's been a couple of years now since the last update. The band have had a bit of a career break, but are now stepping up to the plate once more. A new album is currently in the process of being recorded, and they have also secured the talents of a a brilliant singer, Helen Watson. Whether the addition of a female vocalist will mark a change in direction remains to be seen, but for now, you can start watching this space again!

10/01/2005 - Breaking News - Line up Change

Well to be honest, this is not really breaking news as it happened late last year, but Clive the drummer is no longer with the band, to make way for the new kid on the block Greg Chick.
Greg is an awesome drummer who engineered the band's last album. He also used to play in the band "Babysitter" with Justin up in Scotland, and has re-energised the whole band into getting their act in gear. This site will be slowly updated over the next few months to reflect this change.

20/10/2001 - Release of debut album "Beyond this point".

This album, with offerings from the first two years of Electrickery's songwriting experience, shows the range of our varied spread of musical influences and interests. You will hear fast and furious swedish death metal riffing in the style of The Haunted and At the gates. Chunky riffs with the power and groove of Pantera and Meshuggah, and the haunting melodic lines of Opeth. Plus, of course, a few surprises thrown into the mix!
Electrickery play complex but tuneful metal, which we hope will reward the attention of our listeners. Please take the time to browse our site, and download a sample MP3 or two.
